How to get started?
Secure your canvas
With tape or a frame to avoid movement during painting.
Fill each area
With paint marked with the matching number ( 1 to 24 ).
Lighter area first
Start painting an area of lighter color first, left to right is an ideal way.
One color at a time
Stick with one color at a time to avoid cleaning the paint brush frequently.
Clean it up
Clean your paintbrush between colors with water and a paper towel.
A little tight on the black paint but it worked in the end! I have it to my sister for her nursery and she loves it! I am someone who doesn’t have an artistic bone in my body so overall this came out pretty good!

Product I found was well made and enjoyable. I paint for fun as a side hobby and wanted to do something where I didn’t have to make my own thing, and paint by numbers was a nice little relaxing “turn off the brain and just have fun” sort of thing I was looking for. I painted most of this while listening to podcasts. Now, since I do paint and own a bunch of paints on the side, I didn’t exclusively use the paint given to me. I also added a few drops of liquitex pouring medium into some of the colours to smooth them out a little. The paint is very thick and chunky for some colours.I would, however say that generally the paint is good on it’s own. I didn’t use the black or white provided, though, using my own for that as there was quite a lot of black portion on it and I wanted to make sure to have good coverage. I found that number 17 they gave me was quite thin, and needed many coats to cover the numbers on the canvas, and even then I was never really happy with the coverage. I decided to add a small amount of brown to it from my own paints to thicken it up a little.I would say though, that if painting isn’t something you do often and you just want something fun to do, go for it! It’s a lot of fun for the price point and I will be ordering another one. 😀

Great for beginners! I would have given it 5 stars but some of the colors I had to do two coats on. Other than having to double coat some of the colors it was very enjoyable to paint and the colors themselves are very bright and pretty!

This paint by numbers is pretty fun. Came with 24 paint colors and 3 brushes along with the canvas.I wish it came with a few more brushes but otherwise it’s great entertainment for my older child or myself.

Really enjoyed *tip* trim the tip of the brushes so it’s straight across – makes painting much easier.
