At LovinAnime, we create every digital oil painting kit with care and attention to detail. All our kits are made on demand—once you select your favorite anime artwork, we handle everything from preparation to delivery, ensuring you receive a premium product ready for your creative journey.

Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow us 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to carefully prepare and dispatch your kit. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you if any delays are expected.

Shipping Method & Transit Time

We currently offer one reliable shipping option to ensure your kit arrives safely:

Postal Tracked Delivery:

Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days once dispatched
Tracking: All shipments include tracking and insurance
Cost: Starting from USD $4.95
Free Shipping: Orders of USD $59 or more qualify for free shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

All LovinAnime orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@lovinanime.com. We can only modify the shipping address if your order hasn’t been processed for shipment.

International Shipping Notes

Customs & Duties: International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Delays: International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing or local postal services. While we provide estimated delivery times, actual delivery may vary.

All materials are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging and work with reliable shipping partners, occasionally issues may occur.

If your package is lost in transit:

Please contact us at support@lovinanime.com with your order number. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

If your package arrives damaged:

Please take photos of the damaged package and contents, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lovinanime.com. We will arrange for replacement items to be sent promptly.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

During major holidays, our shipping schedule may be adjusted. We will announce any holiday shipping deadlines on our website and via email newsletter. Generally, please allow extra processing time during:
