How do I place an order?
Browse our anime-inspired designs, select your favorite kit, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed.
How long does it take to process my order?
All our kits are made on demand with care. Please allow 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process, prepare, and dispatch your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lovinanime.com with your order number.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?

Where do you ship from and to?
We ship from our production facilities and currently deliver to the United States, Canada, European Union countries, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $60 USD. For orders below $60, shipping starts from $8.
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
International customers may be responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey.
What’s included in each Paint By Numbers kit?
Every LovinAnime kit includes:
- A high-quality, pre-printed and numbered canvas

Are the paints pre-mixed?
Yes! All paints come ready to use – no mixing required. Just match the numbers on the canvas with the corresponding paint pots.
Do I need art skills to complete a kit?
Not at all! Our kits are designed for complete beginners. Just follow the numbers and watch your anime masterpiece come to life. It’s relaxing, therapeutic, and suitable for all skill levels.
Do you offer framed kits?
No! But We offer optional DIY wooden frames that you can add to your order. They are easy to assemble and give your finished painting a professional, gallery-ready look. If you’d like to add a frame, simply select the frame option during checkout. For assembly instructions, please check out our frame installation video below.
Are your designs officially licensed anime merchandise?
No. Our designs are original artwork inspired by popular anime art styles. They are not official merchandise of any anime studio or franchise. Please see our Intellectual Property Rights page for more details.
What anime styles do you offer?
We create designs inspired by various popular anime styles, including shonen, fantasy, slice-of-life, and more. Our collection features original compositions that capture the essence of beloved anime aesthetics.
What canvas sizes are available?
We currently offer two sizes: 16″ x 20″ (40x50cm).
Are the materials safe and non-toxic?
Yes! All our paints are water-based, non-toxic, and safe for use. They’re also easy to clean with soap and water.
What if my kit arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lovinanime.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We’ll send replacements or offer a refund.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order products, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee for defective products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, contact us at support@lovinanime.com within 30 days of receipt.
My paint seems thick/dry – what should I do?
Acrylic paints can thicken over time. Add a drop of water and stir gently to restore consistency. If paint is completely dry or insufficient, contact us for replacements.
I‘m having trouble with a specific section of my painting. Any tips?
We recommend:
- Taking breaks and enjoying the process! For specific questions, email us at support@lovinanime.com.
- Starting with lighter colors first
- Working from top to bottom to avoid smudging
- Cleaning brushes between color changes
