Welcome to LovinAnime!​ By accessing or using the website located at www.lovinanime.com(the “Site”) and purchasing our digital paint-by-numbers kits (the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

LovinAnime provides an e-commerce platform where users can browse and purchase digital paint-by-numbers kits inspired by anime art styles. Each kit typically includes:

Pricing:​ All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. You are responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties applicable to your purchase.

Payment:​ Payment must be completed at the time of order via our approved payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our separate Shipping Informationpage for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates. Shipping times are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of Loss:​ Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for Products lost or damaged in transit beyond what is covered by our standard shipping insurance.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. Digital components of the Product (e.g., downloadable guides) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Product Use & Intellectual Property

Physical Components:​ You own the physical canvas and materials you purchase. However, the underlying design printed on the canvas is protected by copyright.

Digital Components:​ Any digital files, guides, or reference images provided are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them.

Intellectual Property Rights:​ All content on the Site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LovinAnime or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our designs are original artworks inspired by anime styles. As stated in our Intellectual Property Rights Policy, they are not official merchandise of any anime studio or franchise.

Customer Creations:​ You own the physical painting you create from our kit. However, you may not reproduce or sell the design commercially, as the underlying artwork remains our intellectual property.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of LovinAnime or others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Site
  • Attempt to scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer any part of the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVINANIME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOVINANIME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
